Some of these individuals are so dangerous that they require 5 guards to transport a single bound individual. Obviously, these individuals require basic necessities, and the provision of these necessities must be recorded and stored by law. This application not only ensures accurate recording but also gives the department time to make sure these individuals get significantly more time outside, which provides mental health benefits.
