Restricted Housing Units used to be known as Solitary Confinement. This is the place that inmates are put when they keep committing crimes inside prison. Some of these individuals are so dangerous that they require 5 guards to transport a single bound individual. Despite the danger of these individuals, they still require basic necessities, and the offering of these necessities has to be recorded and stored by law.
