Thoughts on Design
I was asked to be a speaker at Baltimore Innovation Week in 2019. I spoke about Lean Product Design and Margaret Roth Falzon was kind enough to write an article about the event and some of the topics covered.
How do you optimize your product design process when you just don’t have alot of time. 20 or even 10 hours a week is a lot more than 40 hours total to design a digital product. This is how you get the most out of your time.
What do you do when users in your research group don’t agree. Create a solution that makes it super simple for them to express their thoughts for each use case!
